Not sure where to start!?!
I run a small catering business a rely heavily on having reliable internet connection and telephone lines.
Three weeks ago we reported that our lines and internet were not working and still today nothing has been fixed? I have called and reported the probelm twice since then and was promised that someone would get back to me on the status of the report and nothing has happened.
Telkom expect payment in full and if you're late they cut you off and yet fail to provide a professinla service.
I'm fed up! Typcial of them to not care!
