No phones in stock and no customer service

I went to Bayside, in Table View CPT to purchase a phone (Mototola C602), 28Feb13 just after 17h00. I asked Sinazo if it was in stock which she advised was not. The only one in stock, I did not want as it seemed cheap and bad quality which she confirmed. She did not have a proactive attitude, there was no offer of solutions or assistance to me. I had to ask about ordering the phone. She replied that they do not order and that only about 2 to 3 phones come in every Tuesday and there are already 20 people waiting on a list. There was no offer to put me on such a list and I was shocked to hear that I cannot order a phone from Telkom! I advised her that I will make a complaint, she laughed nervously and asked me why. I proceeded to call your call centre in the store and I spoke to Kabelo from Springs and he was shocked that I was not being assisted and insisted that they should order a phone for me. He asked me if there is not a GAME in the mall where I can go purchase the phone. Is it normal for your staff to refer sales away? He asked to speak to Sinazo and they argued. She advised that she doesn't know how to help me and do I expect to be put on the top of the list!
