Charging for Warranty Claim

Sent in my Samsung Galaxy S3 still under Warranty for "the subscriber is not available" issue and calls loosing audio mid way through.
Nashua Mobile wants to charge me R340 to repair a small scratch on the back cover near the camera lens before they will attend to my issue that I sent it away for in the first place.
