111 not functioning

I'm really struggling to understand what is happening with Vodacom. For the past few hours, I have been struggling to do something as basic as get my PUK number. How can such a vital service be offline? I feel like I'm missing so many messages and information I need!!! This is really not acceptable and seems to be happening a lot more often!
