IBurst has a culture of not responding to problems

I sent to iBurst emails requesting technical answers as well as complaint of not being truthful when there is a technical or non-technical problem. I have followed up by phone calls, but end with a music on the line. It seems to be iBurst culture to hide when problems arise.
