On 27/12/12 I took my mobile device into Autopage F/Glen to be checked Device froze during an upgrd Was told to return bfore 6pm for report Went @ 4.30& shop closed. Went in fol day, said was closed for stock take, we shld hv knockd. Device was sent away (still undr warranty) Alven said 8-10wks. After 10w no report bck so called 1/3.Device was back but cldn't trace it. I shld call 5/3 ask if found. Phnd on 5 & 6/3 no reply so in frustration went to shop. VERY helpful acting manager Shelley, (S) went to no end of trouble to find the device. Turns out was handed in error to anothr client, with their cell. So 2 cells were handed over. Good internal contrl! S calld client explnd sit. & requestd him to return cell. Wld hv that aftrnoon. S wld call me latest follwng morng. Did & cell not back. I went in again. I wanted my phn & turns out tht repairs take 4-6w & phone was already back on 16/1/13! I made a fuss. This man had used my cell as he had to downld data bfore return. S eventually sent some1 to fetch cell. It was damaged. S saw this & spk to manger for anothr unit. I cld use tht unit till other one arrivd, managr said by 15/3.I am stil waitng. Is ths hw Autopage operates?
