Lack of communication

My company liquidated early April, so my last debit order was end March. I contacted RP to advise of this and was requested to send documentation, which I did. Not receiving any feedback I had to go back to them to request an update and was advised that they wait for 30days before incurring a retrenchment benefit. I started a job i in June and sent through an e-mail advising that I had a 3 month contract and that they could commence deductions. The deduction went through immediately, when salaries are only paid the end of the month. They have now cleared out the last of my UIF funds and I only get paid on the last day of the month. I sent an e-mail to N Hamman advising of this, however I have not received a response. How does it make sense to debit someone;s account who has been unemployed in the middle of the month?
