I Have 2 contracts. Got called to upgrade both. Did so. Then get told I don't have what was sold. Don't have data, must buy more data, then MTN's fault, called daily, when into the branch, bought extra data, been a week and still no resolution and waiting for a massive bill which I am going to refuse to pay and cancel my debit order I have faithfully been paying for over 6 years.
Holding on the phone now, getting told nothing that can be done, must wait until the 17th. They sent the phone, did the sim swap, sold me more contracts, all knowing this and then going to try to bill me out of bundle due to their mess up... now waiting on 5 ticket log requests, and a RICA on my data line, all while being charged out of bundle until they sort themselves out...
So if you with Altech, beware...
