A Telkom line was recently damaged in a fire. There has thus far been no progress on the repairs and no contact. I am unable to find any contact number for telkom and can't call them anyway since I have no phone. I am unable to log a complaint via their website as it already has a fault reported, which they're obviously not very interested in fixing.
The lack of interest is causing me loss of income and I plan to hold Telkom wholly responsible for all lost income, which is dependent upon my connection.
