FAILURE TO DELIVER

Its sad that the SALES man from Autopage phoned me several times to sell the contract package to me and eventually I accepted to my surprise the contract only worked for less than a month and when I phoned them to ask they said I must pay my account is in arrears and I did... But still the phone / contract didn't work. Since it costs me to phone them I decided not to pay as I'm still buying airtime (as I used to). NOW! To my surprise I'm on Credit Bauer / ITC and I can't be APPROVED credit because of that. When I contacted them now they say I must pay R5, 400.00 and they did not explain why. I STILL HAVE THEY'RE PHONE & SIM CARD ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING... I can return them at any time, but they don't want that, they want the money. I honestly can't pay for NOTHING. If they failed to deliver the service why should I pay... NO! Please help me out of this mess I got myself into. It was nice when their sales rep was selling this package to me he even contacted my brother in order for him to convince me to take this (now NONSENSE contract). Instead of it benefiting me, it costs me now, as I have to contact them to REMOVE my name on ICT. Refer to other contracts I have, I PAY ON TIME!
