BAD SERVICE, WITHHOLDING INFORMATION

I now have 4 complaints
1. The personal hotspot on the phone is not working. This is a basic function on the phone which I have to use, hence the reason why I got the phone. I phoned the 8ta call centre only to find out that this function is not supported by 8ta. This information would have been great to know before signing a 24 MONTH CONTRACT with 8ta.

2. Ever since the new iOS update came out from Apple the SMS function on the phone stopped working.. Once again this is a basic function on this phone and I'm sure every other phone in the world and I need this function.

3. I once again need the phone to make calls, I cannot phone this number 011 575 6700 because 8ta does not allow it.

4, after all these problems and the call centre could not help me they tried to connect me to the technical department, this took them a full 17 days to get back to me after numerous calls to the call centre. This morning I had a call from them only to find out the problem is with Apple and all the other networks and the women I was talking to could not provide any answers and cut the call.

This is un-expectable and I would like to terminate my contract
