I am waiting for Lancet to sent me statements of accounts to pay them. I have previously complained regarding them sending out these unacceptable sms about outstanding amounts and on the previous complaint they acknowledged that they failed to sent out the statement and the address was confirmed to be correct. Lancet you promised previously that this would be addressed and it is clear that you did nothing. I should have received at least 3 statements/invoices. Why are your administration incompetent and then I must respond on sms messages to sort out these issues? Will you be paying the costs involved? Why should I remind you to sent out statements
