Roaming charges

Mtn charge me for 5 units roaming data use R200 and for 2 units R500. They cannot give me an answer why this was done and they could also not answer mr how much data was used, they told me to go to the ombudsman if i was not happy with the way the have deal with the complaint. The then gave me email adress of the omdusman which turned out to be wrong adress, why am I not suprised
