Cancellation of contract unsuccessful

After porting my mobile number to another service provider and cancelling my voice and data contracts were terminated on 16 November 2012. Now on 6 March I receive a 'SMS' stating that my service would be suspended and that an additional re-connection fee will be charged. Please, understand that I am not a Altech Autopage customer any more.
