My sim card is not working anymore so I tried to do a sim swap, I have been to the store on 2 occasions and both times it was offline. Luckily or so I thought one of the employees helped me out and made copies of all my documents and of my new sim card. I did this on the 13/01/13, I still have not heard a thing and my sim has not been swapped. I spoke to customer services and they can't do a thing about it, I have been trying to phone the store like crazy but can't get a hold of them, and so the customer service agent also claims. After that i wanted to speak to a manager, but with no surprise they are all in meetings. This means that I will again have to take some time of from the office to sort this out.

On 31/12/12 I bought a new router with the USB failover and a new dongle (8ta HiLink), and so it turns out that these are not even compatible with each other. So I returned it and got another router and its still not working.

I want to get out of this contract so badly and go back to Cell C.
