No action against internal!

This morning I received a call from Dolores Grobler from Autopage HQ informing me that an employee from Autopage Northgate has been buying airtime on my account using Easypay. The employee - and it seems they all know exactly who it is! - is making copies of customers' accounts and using the unique EASYPAY numbers to purchase airtime. I did not even know you can do this! But the worst is that I am responsible for the R200 (and any future amounts) this person buys on my account!!! My debit order will be short R200 this month and my account will be suspended if I do not pay the extra R200.

Autopage HQ claims they cannot stop this. The owner of Autopage Northgate is in hiding, refusing to respond to our visits or calls. I am absolutely DISGUSTED that me, the CUSTOMER, will be held responsible for by an Autopage staff member that will be allowed to carry on buying airtime from my account and maybe from other customers too, and NOTHING is done?!!!

I am sorry, Autopage, I hold you as a company responsible because I trust you with my personal information and you must make sure you protect me. That includes taking action against employees like this!
