I have spent a total of 3 hours on the phone attempting to do something that should be ever so simple! i am attempting to activate the voicemail and call waiting functionality on my new office landline. i have been passed from one department to another, given coutless phone numbers, all of whom are always busy and this last call to 10210 - business line quieries was the last strwaw, when i told the female agent that i had been dong this for almost 3 hours and that i was unhappy about her now also putting me through to someone else she put the phone down on me!!! are you joking??!!! is this how South-Africa''s supposedly "Leading"telecomunications service treats paying customers?! I am appauled!!!
