Promises promises promises

I went to the shop yesterday to upgrade my data card. Zaza help me very efficiently and promise to email me my application for the upgrade so that I can sign and return it with my ID. Yesterday come and go with no application. I phoned her this morning on 083 869 8181 and then she said she will do it straight away as I told her that I am leaving at 12 today and will only be back on Monday. The time now is 10.47 am and no response from her. Ive tried to call her again on 083 869 8181 and now I am getting a message saying that the number you have dailed is incorrect - I have tried numerous times and from different phones. Call another branch and this is the only number for the Constantia Kloof branch. I have phoned the hairdresser nearby the MTN shop and he told me that he will ran next door to give Zaza my messages and I have sent an email to [Email Removed] - again no response! This means I must drive now to the store to get this sorted out! The service is as usual non existant! Will mtn pay me for my time and petrol to drive after their staff which makes promises that they cannot keep?? Awaiting your response
