Ported 2 numbers from Virgin to Vodacom in November 2009. Being harassed intermittently by a debt collector since June 2012 for money owing on the numbers that were ported. No explanation why it took them almost 3 years to follow up; apparently (the debt collector told me today) the airtime was credited on the day they ported the numbers. Why is this my problem? Why would they port numbers if there was money outstanding? Am taking legal advice - sick of being held responsible for other's inefficiencies.
