Failed to deliver a handset

Hi,
i bookd my handset in for repairs at mtn midrand and i was told that i would receive an sms telling me to confirm the quote which i did, i replied with the word YES and THE JOB-CARD NUMBER. within the next week or so i recieved an sms telling me the handset was READY FOR COLLECTION!!! i also called in and the call centre agent confirmd that it was ready.!!! i went to pick the handset up today and Quinton told me that i did not accept the quote for fixing the handset which i had left with mtn in january.(*but i did confirm) therefore it had to be reooked. when i asked quinton as to why there has been a delay he mention that the callcentre and the repair centre are in different places and there could of been a miscommunication from either end.iv called the technical service number now and i spoke to FARIDA and i also mentioned what had happend in january, all she did was apologize for the inconveniance. guys this is really bad, its very inconveniant for me .i really expected better service and i expected to collect a FIXED handset! i guess that means if i did not go in today to collect, my handset would of never been attended to?? ALTHOUGH I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS REPAIRED!
