My credit card expired in December 2012, without consultation, my line was cut off. I called cell c on Sunday provided new banking details and was told that my phone will be active within 24 hours, this never happened, I thereafter requested gift the call centre supervisor to cancel my contract, however he refused. The cell c call centre agents are not prepared to listen to clients and make you feel stupid.
Gift, was unable to reactivity my phone dispute the importance and urgent need.
