On 06/03/2013 I submitted my iPhone for repairs at Vodacom Repairs Witbank, Highveld Mall. On 11/03/2013 at 15:43 I recieved an sms that reads:
"Your phone is ready for collection. Please bring your job receipt and ID when collecting."
Today at around 11:00 am I went to collect my phone and was told it is not there. The reason they gave me is that the sms was sent by mistake. I don't understand how that is possible because an sms is supposed to be sent once the goods are received from repairs. I was told they are repaired in Johannesburg.
I'm nolonger sure if my phone is still with Vodacom or lost within the shop. This type of mistake is not acceptable.
