Here is to confirm that I still have no feedback on the processing of my credit which was incorrectly billed for the past 8 months, we are now neariing middle of this month I have waited over a month now and the same answer is they are waiting for feedback, i have been dealing with Boitumelo Mkhuma, I am not sure on which department she is waiting on but I am actually not interested at this stage, CellC's slow snail response time is going to get them a big penalty from the CPA for their breach of contract, I am not interested which department etc they are waiting on I want this sorted immediately, I was promised something the latest this morning at 9am, its now half past three in the afternoon, nothing still, no surprise. I have been more than patient and its not rocket science for someone to process a credit
