Continuous BAD service by Nashua Mobile

REF: "Cellphone at repair center since mid January 2013" dated Fri 1 Mar 2013 @ 13:34

I have still not received any feedback from Nashua Mobile (NM) regarding my phone.

In stead I received an invoice of R102.60 for "Cellphone repair"!!!

The following needs to be stated:
1. My phone is still not working!!! Therefor no "repair" was performed!!!
2. My phone is under warranty and would therefor not incur any costs, unless the damage is not covered by the warranty.
3. If the damage wasn't covered, the Credit Act requires NM to inform me of any charges that will be levied should further work be performed. THIS WAS NOT DONE!!! Again, NO REPAIR WAS DONE!!!

It now appears that NM is moving to add to their already extensive list of BAD customer service.

This is the final piece of bad service I can stand and I'm forced to end my 15 year relationship with NM, and start to cancel my 3 contracts. It is abundantly clear that my loyalty has only been rewarded by poor service..

I regret that I will no longer be able to be loyal to the Kimberley NM branch, due to the treatment by HQ I would've already moved away from NM had it not been for their willing and able assistance.
