Feedback stinks

So Funiwe contacts me and tells me i paid to much, this after the call centre told me i need to pay more other wise the phone would not be unblocked. I want my moneys refunded but now i am the one waiting for it. Spoke to different call agents this morning and everyone promise that a manger will phone me back within a hour or half an hour, that never happened, and no one phones me back. they go and close the call 52252370 and i still don't have my monies, i have a dt order going off tonight and if it gets returned it is cellc's fault because i used the funds to pay cell c which was in error, created by a call centre agent. Simo nkosi your service stinks to make promises that the manager ashley raman will phone me within half an hour and he didn't. if my dt order rejects tonight cellc will give me a letter stating the whole situation and why my dt order was not paid.
