Internet unreliable

For the most part, B360 have provided a reasonably reliable connection and good customer service.

But since 17th September I have been complaining frequently about the connection being erratic and slow. Sometimes this will result in it being fixed, but within a few hours the connection once again keeps dropping, takes forever to load.

Today, they finally left me feeling my complaints are going unheard after ignoring my urgent please. Perhaps hellopeter will listen. Not having a decent connection cost me a money and perhaps even a client.
