Lack of service

On 1 January 2013, i asked for a line transfer, Telkom promised that it will be done on the 28th of Feb. on the 27th i phoned again, and was told it will happen on the 28th. on the 28th I was told it will happen the 1st of March. on the 1st Mar, i was told there is no order, it will happen on the 8th of Mar.,
On the 8th of March, Technicians arrived at my house, but told me they cannot connect my line.
it is now 8 days that i have not had telephone or internet. I expect to be credited for the time that I received no service.

when i phone to get it sorted, i get put on hold for ever.

Can you urgently sort out my line please.
