Phone still not unlocked after a week

My phone got delivered just over a week ago and I've been calling the contact centre everyday with no answer. sent countless sms's and emails to the number and address given and still nothing. Quick to make a sale and no sense of customer service whatsoever. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
