In the Vodacom October Edition booklet on Pg 7 there is an advert for a HP630 Core i3 Notebook & this special states that you get the notebook along with 2gb data & a K4305 USB modem.
I contacted the 082 178 44 contact centre & spoke with a Ricardo on 24/10/2013 at 19:10 - I explained that I was interested in this special offer & was informed, by Ricardo, that this notebook was found to have a factory fault and the special was not available. I was offered other contracts & I declined.
At approximately 19:38 I called 082 178 44 again in order to try & understand from Ricardo what exactly the problem was, I could not reach him & instead spoke to a friendly agent by the name of Ncumisa.
I asked Ncumisa about the contract offer & he told me that the contract was available with the aforementioned notebook as stated in the Vodacom October Edition booklet and that he would gladly assist with me with the creation of the new package. I received my sms with the confirmation of the Application Referral Number (14827480) & when it came to selecting the package on his system there was no "deal" set up. Ncumisa is an asset to your company & assured me he would contact me today so I await feedback
