I received my upgrade on the 8th of March and when I called to activate the upgrade they realised that they had supplied a faulty sim card. The lady at the call centre placed an order for a replacement sim card on the same day, which I have still not received. After holding on the phone for over 20min, a week and a half later, to try and find out what the delay is, I was cut off. I have since sent 2 sms's to the number the voice recording stipulated, but I am still waiting for a reply. When I went into a CellC store, they made me aware that the sim card supplied was the wrong size to start off, but where not able to assist me without me incurring additional costs.
I feel I have been extremely patient as it is now the 26th of March, but this is unacceptable.
Your assistance in resolving this issue will be much appreciated.
