I recently acquired my Blackberry Z10 on a CellC straight100 contract - attractively advertised for giving the consumer 100meg data, 100 free talk time minutes & 100 SMS's per month. In addition, they advertised a supplementary 500meg monthly data along with free and unlimited BBM service for life.
However, it was only after signing a 24-month contract with CellC, that they retracted the primary attractions to this deal by not following through on their widely advertised offer. I have, to date, not received the 500meg data owed to me, nor have I received my free BBM service.
After a number of phonecalls that, if answered at all, was met by uninterested, unintelligible and incompetent staff, I have been left with no other recourse but to voice my frustration on for any possible future consumer to see and hopefully be saved from the same trap that caught me.
If further unassisted by a competent representative of CellC within an acceptable time frame, I will seek the aide of the CPA.
