HELP!

I have been trying to download my statements from the Nashua website since the 26 Feb! This morning a lady phoned to say that my account is in arrears and I implored her to send my detailed statements. She said they had been sent and she would send them again - that was 3 hours ago. I still cannot download the january statement on line, I still haven't received anything from Nashua and I have just thrown the phone down in a temper, holding 12 minutes to be cut off!
Roll on 24 Jan 2014 - I really want to see the backside of this company!
