Needed to do a sim swap on the 8ta sim card I had to a micro sim, the whole service was done in no time. The way the service was every process was in place. The big compliment in that outlet was with the human touch! Should all outlets operate like that one we would experience the best customer service ever. The 8ta shop is the one located near the wimpy and game.the lady who assisted was short and dark I did not catch her name but well done to her! She is the manager at the outlet
