As usual I had problems with my Telkom line. And after speaking to 3 people I finally spoke to one of the supervisors by the name Leratho. I thought she was very professional and the problem was fixed within a few hours. She made sure the technician did the job thoroughly and gave me a call to confirm all was fixed.
