Great Service from a Telkom Technician

I booked a call with telkom REF 1293crk2213 for my ADSL Line, which was unstable. Telkom sent many technicians but none helped me until Sunday 27-01-13, A technician called Mudao came and fixed the line and also called me back to find out if the line is still up. I wish telkom can employ more people like mudao.
