No answer and no reply

I try to phone the following numbers 082 1945 and 082 1950 regarding an change in my prepaid to a contract which I switch on my number. I did do a sim swop but no changes has been made since I received my phone.
Cannot phone out on my phone. If a going to recharge the existing prepaid I am going to loose the airtime.
