I sent through a complaint on 4th February 2013... it's the 8th March 2013 and still no reply... all I want is my money that was wrongfully taken out of my account??? Where is the proof that is used the internet??? If no action, I will have no choice but to take this matter to court... MTN better do something before it's to late. I'm not the first person to complain and I'm sure as not going to be the last.
