Mira Networks & Morvec Mobile. Subscription R14.00 per day 83 days. I noticed my Airtime was low and contacted MTN, as far a s they were concerned that I contacted them in December to cancel a subscription from Mira Networks, only problem is that when I was speaking to the consultant she said that MTN cancelled it on my behalf, but I did not contact them to cancel it? This is the second time around that I am being charged for a subscription that I would never apply for or use. My previous problem with MTN is that last year a consultant contacted me with all my info, told me that I was not RiCA and I had to switch off my phone for an hour before my phone could work properly. not knowing but my bank account had all my funds taken out of it via Cell Phone Banking and I was not even registered for it. I think between MTN and the FNB, they have crooked staff working for them, because I had made a report about that incident on Hello Peter and am still awaiting a response. we the public are being held hostage by these big companies and may as well just say goodbye to our hard earned funds because both parties just don't seem to care.
