DISAPPOINTING MIGRATION SERVICE

I have had no success in applying for the Nokia Lumia 920 at the Durban, Westville, Westwood branch.
They have ALL my necessary details, signed papers and autopages go ahead, and even the phone in stock waiting for my collection.
Every time I contact them I get some excuse or false promise. They say they will be contact me and they never do, so I end up phoning them back at least 3 times a day.
I had to sign a contact twice because the 1st time failed. I don't know as to what the reason was but everyone at the branch seem incompetent and everyones "word" means NOTHING to me.
I have had to make 3 special trips to the branch to see what is going on. Someone needs to be accountable for this, no one is stepping up to the plate.
I know this migration over to MTN shouldn't take more than a few days because 2 of my colleagues were able to migrate within 2 days!
I just want my new phone
