Unathorized illegal billing

I recently took out a contract with cell c where i get 100 minutes 100 sms's and 1gb data. I also put a cap of R50 rand if i do happen to go over this amount. Its been 5 days since i took out the contract and i recieved a sms stating that my usage is already R26 rand. I contacted cell c and they told me i have a subscription to a MIRA networks from the 4th of september. I only opened my cell c sim on the 5th of september to put in my new phone. I have sms's confirming this and only being aware of what my number was on the 5th. On mira networks website they state that i need to sms a short code to activate the subscription from your phone or email entering your number, as i stated i only recieved my cell number on the 5th.. I typed this companies name in google and all that came up was complaint after complaint of illegal billing. I tried to contact mira but they only work on monday to friday. Cell C has already confirmed that this money is going to mira networks. It will be interesting to find out how many people are completely unaware of deductions like this. Its what i consider a and a criminal offense. I expect nothing less than a full refund.
