I cannot believe that everytime I go on Hellopeter.com it is because of MTN! MY WORD THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFFESIONAL, INCOMEPETENT, STUPID, WORST COMPANY EVER!! My story is this, I took my daughter's 6 MONTH OLD phone in to "head office" on 23 FEBRUARY at 14th Ave Fairlands. I was assisted by Oscar Tlholoe. He promised that I would receive an sms the minute the phone leaves their store to the in Midrand. I didn't receive ANY communication TO DATE!! On my own accord, I contacted the "tecnical quesries" at first the number I dialled said "don't exist" which is a VERY COMMON thing with MTN eventually when I did get through on Wednesday 6 March I was told a "refurbished" phone (someone else problem phone) has been dispatched to Fairlands & I will receive an sms once it arrives. I am sure they are sending the sms's to the phone number of the phone being repaired DUH!! 'Cos I don't receive any sms's! Today, 8 March I tried to contact Fairlands spoke to 20 different people who is not competent enuf to say yes the phone is here or no its not eventually I got through to Oscar & guess what - SYSTEMS R OFFLINE!! He couldn't confirm this for me!! I WILL STOP MY DEBIT ORDER!
