I upgraded my account in Feb 2011 to a MTN 350 @R259 per month, i have just gone through my statements and found that i have been charged @R350 per month for the last 24 months. i just called the call centre and they told me no one will call me regarding the issue and that i must call back in 3 days. I find this extremely unacceptable that it takes so long to rectify the issue and that you expect the customer to follow up on your own short falls. i am demanding that the full amount i have been overcharged to be refunded DIRECTLY back into my bank account immediately. If this is not done withing the next 24 hours i will be taking this up with the consumer watch dog. i spoke to prudence from your call centre who game 97764979 as a ref number.
