Dear Telkom
I have notified you of my move on the 8th of Feb 2013 already and still my line has not been transferred to my new address. When you call 10210 they say that the technicians are working on it, but cannot help any further.
Ask to get a number to contact the technicians, and they'll tell you that they do not have phones - this is a revelation, Telkom's own technicians do not have phones? Maybe train your call centre agents a bit better.
I have been an ADSL subscriber since at least 2005 and will continue to be, if you can get your ducks in a row.
We now hear that there are no ports available, BUT the previous owner had Telkom ADSL, so how can it have disappeared?
Can someone please get back to me URGENTLY as I need to also conduct business from home.
