I have been a loyal Vodacom subscriber for the the last 13 years. My cellphone is on a business contract and recently i havent been making alot of telephone calls via my cellphone. So i enquired about receiving an itemised billing. Today i received my itemised billing and i noticed im an subscribed to a service called Opera Telkom. I due use the internet service on my Blackberry to browse fishing sites, weather sites and gumtree. But never had i went into a porn site and subscribed to any service of that sort. I tried calling this unscrupulous company but the operator pretends not to hear me and put the phone down on my ear. I did receive these messages whereby saying i was subscribed to a service but i didnt respond to it. Firstly i didnt ever subscribed to something like this and secondly the cost of this shenanigans. This is in serious breach of my contract with Vodacom. I never gave anyone permission to deduct my telephone account other than Vodacom for the calls and sms i use. I serious think your'll need to look into this matter asap. This is daylight and i am serious going to consider going to another cellphone operator if this matter is not cleared up to my liking.
