Hi There, I have applied for a contract on the 11th February, they called me back the same day and said I have been approved for the contract and the phone will be delivered with in 7 working days, its been 18 working days now, they phoned me last week Monday the 25th of February to tell me to have my documents ready because my phone would have been delivered that day. I have been calling and sending sms's and email's but I'm getting no response out of your people. I am not impressed with the service I am getting from you. Can you please assist me with this problem!!!
