After emails to Cell C trying to fix the problem im having, they just stop replying. My terms were simple, i will do what you suggest to fix this, but if it isn't fixed, i demand a full refund on the airtime, the sim card, and the dongle. that's fair! But clearly Cell C doesn't care at all about customers, you have my money, i have nothing in return. That, is also known as! I will not spend another cent with Cell C, until i have an email from Cell C, stating i will receive a full refund if, after doing what you suggested, it still does not work.
