I have already submitted a report re the bad service received from Autopage but cannot seem to find it here? This is exact proof of the pathetic useless modem I have! I am sick and tired of the lack of service, blame pushing, promises made never kept, bad telephonic communications and absolutely no idea how to deal with conflict and/or solving our consistent problems extensively reported over the past 4 months. Still stuck with a 3G modem that does not work properly and needless to say, debit orders just keep running!! I will never ever do business with them again, irrespective of the fact that we hold multiple accounts with them. I have been promised a new modem as well as credits by Deon from, nothing of which has materialized. They sent a courier to my home yesterday to COLLECT the faulty modem, nothing about a new modem! They'll probably "fix" the broken one and send it packing back to me! WHAT A JOKE!!! It takes forever for anything on the internet to work, for emails to be sent and I've already had an IT technician check out my computers! Our costs on telephone calls and petrol to the Fairie Glen branch aren't even taken into consideration. Autopage CANNOT DELIVER!!!
