About a week ago we requested that one of our clients domains be moved to a new hosting company. After we did all they required, eg. Supplied letterheads, payed outstanding bills and payed the hosting fees they still declined the domain. No one is able to help us and its becoming a huge issue.
Need to resolve this as in yesterday
Definitely NOT a company i will use in future or recommend to anyone...
