A cycle of pathetic service from MTN & they don't seem to even care. I would like to bring the following to your attention
- previous complaint Ref:1726140 regarding repair, still has not been resolved.
- as per Direct Msg from @MTNzaService advised as per RIM Ts&Cs the repair is deemed chargeable
-Ts&Cs have not been made sent to me for ease of reference
- an estimate of the repair costs have not been provided for
second issue is on the 25th I purchased 24hr data bundle using loyalty points & immediately utilised the Internet, upon checking my balance there was a total deduction of /- R216, I then proceeded to enquire on the charge an enquiry was logged through ref: 97422024 with a SLA of 48hrs I was informed that a request was logged through for the amount to be credited. I then contacted 808 to followup as no feedback was provided on 1 Mar & was advised that its still being investigate, contact was made AGAIN on the 4 Mar; I was then informed by the consultant that the bundle had to be activate & no credit will be done. I cannot be credit back the points or airtime hows that for retention? So now I'm sitting with a bundles that I no longer require & MTN is reluctant to assist
