Failure to refund!

I accidentally overpaid on my Feb invoice by R3000. i brought this to the attention of Percy Manhire and Matt Robertson from head office on Friday 2013/03/01. i was assured that the refund will be made on Monday 2013/03/04 and have an email to that affect. no payment has been made to date and when i contacted the credit department today there was no record of such a refund. i was also informed by the rude call centre agent (Amber i think her name was) that they will not refund me such a large amount. i requested to speak to a supervisor in the credit department and was told id be transferred to Tracy. i was kept on hold for 32 minutes, the phone was then promptly disconnected.
i called back and request someone from the department call me back as i was not prepared to spend more money on them. up until now, 2013/03/06 16:20 nobody has called me back.

i demand to know what is going on with my refund and why nashua is refusing to return my money.
